Twitter has blocked the account of Aisha Yesufu, one of the critics of President Muhammadu Buhari. Aisha is also a co-founder of Bring Back Our Girls(#BBOG) campaign.
It appears the account was blocked after she launched a thread of posts, justifying her attacks.
Her twitter handle now bears a notice from Twitter: “Caution: this account is temporarily restricted.
You are seeing this warning because there has been some unusual activity from this account”.
Aisha has now made a recording saying her voice is more than twitter and can never be shut as long as she lives. Her friends are now sharing the video on the same platform – twitter.
