Kachi Ucheagwu, star of Ultimate Love, congratulated Kellyrae Sule, the winner of the Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard edition‘, and offered him advice on managing his prize money.
In a video message, Kachi encouraged Kellyrae not to be swayed by people suggesting he share the money with his wife, Kassia, and instead focus on investing in real estate.
He advised Kellyrae to buy land in the heart of Lekki, Lagos, rather than the outskirts, noting that he could sell the land later at a higher price, helping him grow his capital within a year.
Kachi also mentioned the decline in the value of the dollar in Nigeria, explaining that when Kellyrae was in the Big Brother house, his N60 million prize was worth $44,000, but it has since dropped to $36,000.
He further advised Kellyrae to avoid pursuing a music career, saying no Big Brother Naija star has succeeded in that field.
Kellyrae, in an interview, shared his plans to invest the prize money, while also spending some on his music career.
