Unai Emery has been named Premier League Manager of the Month for December after steering Aston Villa to a remarkable string of results
The Spaniard led Villa to five wins in six league matches to end 2025, including triumphs over Brighton, Arsenal, West Ham, Manchester United, and Chelsea.
The run of form propelled Villa to third place in the table heading into the new year.
This marks Emery’s third time receiving the award, having previously won it in April and December 2023. He emerged ahead of a competitive shortlist that featured Mikel Arteta, Daniel Farke, and Pep Guardiola.
