VeryDarkMan, has refuted claims that Nedu voluntarily resigned from The Honest Bunch Podcast, insisting instead that he was dismissed
In a viral post on X (formerly Twitter), VeryDarkMan asserted that Neduโs exit was not a personal choice but a termination.
Nedu had recently released an official statement announcing his departure from the podcast, citing personal reasons and the toll of public scrutiny. He stated that while hosting the show had been a fulfilling experience, the intense backlash and allegations had affected him deeply.
“The past week has brought a lot into perspective. While hosting The Honest Bunch Podcast has been an incredible journey, the overwhelming scrutiny, antagonism, and unfounded accusations have begun to take a personal toll,” he said.
“In light of recent events, I have made the difficult decision to step away from the podcast. This is not a choice I take lightly, but it is necessary for my peace of mind, my family, and the integrity of the show.”
His resignation followed allegations from VeryDarkMan, who accused him of using his platform and comedy skits to pursue intimate relationships with women in exchange for fame.
However, in a swift reaction, VeryDarkMan dismissed Neduโs statement, insisting in a viral video that the comedian was, in fact, removed from the show.
