In a dramatic and sarcastic apology, VeryDarkMan pleaded with gospel singer Mercy Chinwo to reconsider the N1.1 billion lawsuit filed against him
Lawsuit was filed from a series of Instagram posts where VDM accused Chinwo of holding on to earnings from her performances.
Visibly shaken, VDM took to Instagram to list seven individuals who have taken legal action against him, lamenting that he cannot afford to fulfill the financial demands.
In a tearful display, he sang some of Mercy Chinwo’s songs, humorously begging her to reduce the lawsuit amount to N5 million, which he claims is within his means.
“Please, Mercy, don’t let the devil use you. I don’t have N1 billion to pay if you win. I’m not saying you shouldn’t sue, but reduce the amount to N5 million,” he pleaded.
