Verydarkman has alleged that Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has always been aligned with the All Progressives Congress (APC), claiming that his political position was not what many Nigerians believed.
According to him, the Osun State election was more like an APC primary, despite the political differences people thought existed between Adeleke and the party.
He also claimed that Davido knew about his uncle’s alleged loyalty to the APC but opposed the party publicly because an open declaration could have affected Adeleke’s chances of winning the election.
In a post he shared, Verydarkman said:
“Governor Ademola Adeleke has finally shown Nigerians what he has allegedly been hiding all along: that he has always been APC. Many of you didn’t know that the election in Osun State was practically an APC primary.
“And yes, Davido knew 100% that his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, was APC. He was only opposing them publicly because he knew that if his uncle openly confirmed his allegiance to the APC, he could lose the election.”
