Nigerian-American beauty queen, Victoria Oluwakotanmi, has been named Miss Grand USA 2026
She replaces Mekayla Li, whose title was withdrawn just over a week after she was crowned.
The Miss Grand USA organisation announced Oluwakotanmi’s appointment in an official statement shared on social media today, following the termination of Li’s reign.
“With great excitement, @officialmissgrandusa proudly announces #tori_olu Victoria Oluwakotanmi as Miss Grand USA 2026,” the organisation said.
Oluwakotanmi, who finished as the first runner-up at the pageant, will now carry the Miss Grand USA crown and represent the United States at the international level.
“Victoria now steps forward to carry the crown, represent the United States, and begin an extraordinary new chapter with the Miss Grand USA organisation,” the pageant said.
“We are incredibly excited for everything ahead and cannot wait for the world to experience this next chapter alongside her,” it added.
