We only want to see APC banners in 2027 – Okpebholo’s aide

An aide to Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo, Aghahowa Collins, has warned that the state will only allow All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign banners and posters to be displayed ahead of the 2027 elections

In a video post, Collins cautioned that anyone promoting another political party would face consequences, stating that Edo is under APC control.

Collins recalled how the previous administration allegedly removed APC campaign materials during the 2023 general elections and hinted that a similar approach would be taken in 2027 to assert the party’s authority.

“In 2027, if we see any other political party’s banner or poster that is not APC, the person on it and the person who posted it will learn a new lesson. Edo is APC state and everything has to be APC,” he said.
