Renowned music producer, Don Jazzy, has revealed why he stopped doing monetary giveaway online
He explained that the decision was due to criticism from individuals on X, who called for an end to the practice.
A fan, Temi, had said the current economic suituation has also affected Jazzy, hence his reason for stopping the giveaway.
Jazzy who spotted the post, then replied her saying, ”he thought everyone on X agreed he should halt the giveaway”.
In the past, Don Jazzy was known for generously giving out N200,000 each to 10 individuals, often favoring those in the crypto or tech fields.
The post reads; “When things still good, @DONJAZZY go Don give like 10 people 200k each. If you con talk one thing about his artiste Wey burst his head. Na like 500k. If you con like tech or crypto, forget na 1m.”
Don Jazzy replied:
“GOD dey so things good. But I thought all of us on twitter agreed that I should stop doing giveaway. Say make them bandam 🤷🏾♂️”
