Nollywood actor Williams Uchemba has refused to comment on reports surrounding the marital status and alleged children of late actor Alexx Ekubo, saying such sensitive issues should only be discussed by the deceased’s family
Speaking during an interview on The Am Show, Uchemba, who shared a close relationship with Ekubo, explained that he chose to respect the late actor’s decision to keep parts of his personal life private.
“If Alex wanted it to remain that way, I think I should respect that. I would respect his wishes because that was how he wanted it,” he stated.
Uchemba further stressed that any clarification regarding the matter should come from Ekubo’s immediate family and not from friends or colleagues.
“If there is anything that should be made public, it should come from his family. Some people prefer to keep certain things away from the public, so I believe it is best for his immediate family to speak on it,” he added.
