With a staggering monthly income of $1 million, Wizkid solidifies his position as the continent’s top music streaming earner.
The list reveals a strong presence of Nigerian musicians, with Wizkid leading the pack.
Burna Boy closely follows with $782,148, while Tems secures the third spot with $660,210.
South African artist Tyla breaks the Nigerian dominance, ranking fourth with $607,804.
Other notable Nigerian artists featured in the top ten include Davido, Asake, Omah Lay, Ayra Starr, and Rema.
Globally, Drake and Taylor Swift top the Spotify earnings list with $7.7 million each per month.
