Comedian, Klinton Cod has unleashed an attack on content creator Egungun of Lagos, accusing him of spreading “toxic content” that is corrupting the minds of young people

In a video posted on his Instagram page, Klinton Cod blasted Egungun for sharing explicit and objectifying content that demeans women and promotes a warped view of beauty.
Klinton Cod argued that Egungun’s content is not suitable for Instagram and should instead be relegated to adult-only platforms like OnlyFans.
He accused Egungun of contributing to the proliferation of “rubbish-type content” on Nigerian social media, which is having a corrosive effect on young people’s values and self-esteem.
The comedian also criticized Egungun’s influence on young women, who feel pressure to conform to unrealistic beauty standards.
He lamented that Egungun’s content is celebrated by celebrities and others, who are unwittingly perpetuating a culture of objectification and self-doubt.
Klinton Cod’s impassioned rant has sparked a heated debate about the responsibility of content creators to promote positive and respectful content.
Here is what Klinton Cod said about Egungun of Lagos:
“Egungun, listen to me. Your content is not supposed to be for Instagram; it’s supposed to be for OnlyFans. I think you should go and create an account there because if we have to go after the blogs, we might as well go after the people complementing the blogs, and you are part of the problem we have on Nigerian social media. You are part of the people promoting rubbish.
You have 1.9 million perverts following your page. You contaminate the minds of young boys, you reduce the way women are meant to be seen, and you diminish the act of being a woman; that’s what you do. Because what do you do as a content creator?
So many people are celebrating you, celebrities are celebrating you, they are even dashing you money. You are buying expensive cars and houses for what? God will expose you guys one day, walahi! You guys have scattered our social media with rubbish-type content.
Look at young women now; they will see the kind of women that you celebrate. An average beautiful woman doesn’t think she’s pretty anymore because they feel, “My body is not the type of body that Egungun celebrates, so they have to take their life savings to Turkey to go and enhance their look.”
