Nollywood actress Ashabi Olorisa, whose real name is Aderonke Ajenise-Oduborisa, has stirred reactions online after speaking out about embattled actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha.
In a strongly worded statement, the actress didn’t hold back as she addressed him directly, alleging that his past behavior was not an isolated incident.
According to her, their paths had crossed years ago, and she claimed he allegedly attempted a similar act toward her. She said she resisted him and immediately sent him away.
She stated:
“Olanrewaju Omiyinka, Baba ljesha, you and I know that you truly did that thing that led you to jail. When you came to my house at Maryland, you wanted to do the same thing to me but I gave you a dirty sl@p and I sent you out of my house. It was my brother that was begging me. He later took you to some of his family friends in Virginia.”
Ashabi further alleged that his behavior didn’t stop there, claiming that similar incidents reportedly occurred elsewhere.
She continued:
“When I was living in London, the house I took you to, you did the same thing to the family and a lot of people are testifying that you did the same thing to them. Are you not supposed to be remorseful and rehabilitate yourself?”
