YouTube superstar Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast, has married fellow content creator Thea Booysen in an intimate wedding ceremony
The world’s most-subscribed individual YouTuber announced the news on Instagram, sharing photos from the celebration alongside the caption: “I found MrsBeast and it was the best day of my life.”
For the ceremony, MrBeast wore a white Ralph Lauren tuxedo paired with black trousers, while Booysen, who has now updated her name to Thea Donaldson on her social media accounts, walked down the aisle in a custom lace wedding dress designed by Nicole + Felicia Couture.
The couple exchanged vows on Necker Island, Richard Branson’s private island in the British Virgin Islands, with fewer than 100 guests in attendance.
Their first dance as husband and wife was to Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga’s hit song, “Die With A Smile,” while guests were served carrot cake, the bride’s favourite, as the wedding cake.
MrBeast and Thea first met during his 2022 visit to South Africa, where her family lives. The pair later made their relationship public at the Kids’ Choice Awards in April that year after bonding over their shared interests.
