Popular actor Yul Edochie has come under fire from fans after publicly celebrating the birthday of Seyi Tinubu, the son of Nigeria’s president.
Many Nigerians criticized Edochie, accusing him of trying too hard to flaunt their friendship.
Yul posted his birthday message to Seyi on Instagram, writing:
“A very happy birthday to my brother and friend, the First Son of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Leader of the youths @seyitinubu. Correct guy. Wishing you many more beautiful years, brother. May God lead you always.”
However, the post sparked strong reactions, with many fans asking the actor to stop trying to push his connection with Seyi Tinubu.
