Austin, a content creator known as Mr. Overdo, had shared disturbing allegations against his former employer, Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, and Yul’s partner, Judy Austin
Austin claimed Judy’s domineering and harsh behavior created a toxic environment, leaving him emotionally shattered.
Ironically, Yul Edochie adviced Nigerian youths on Facebook to “stoop to conquer” and “serve before becoming a boss.”
He emphasized embracing uncomfortable situations for growth and recognizing hardship as a necessary process.
However, Austin’s experience under Yul’s employ raises questions about the actor’s advice.
Yul’s words, “Dear youth, in life you must stoop to conquer… You must serve before you become a boss… Success is an uncomfortable journey,” take on a different meaning in light of Austin’s allegations.
Apparently, Austin’s harsh treatment maybe an example of the “uncomfortable situations” Yul advocates for.
