Nigerian rapper Zlatan Ibile has responded to Portable after the singer questioned the legitimacy of the N504 million balance Zlatan recently displayed.
Zlatan had shown what appeared to be a bank account containing about N504 million, prompting Portable to question how a musician could have that much money sitting in an account.
Portable stated that the money might not belong to Zlatan and went as far as alleging that the rapper could be involved in money laundering or other questionable activities if the funds were actually his.
In a separate post, Portable said he had personally seen and spent more than N500 million. He also claimed he was expecting to become a Fanta ambassador and receive a similar amount from the endorsement deal.
Zlatan later responded with a short statement that appeared to poke fun at Portable’s claims.
He wrote:
“With all the soap and Fanta, N500m still go far for my guy eye.”
