Carter Efe has publicly pleaded with rapper Zlatan Ibile to return his phone, days after failing to pay a N1 million bet he lost during a FIFA video game match
The drama began when the two placed a wager while playing FIFA at Carter Efe’s studio, with Zlatan emerging as the winner.
However, Carter Efe was unable to pay the full amount, prompting Zlatan to seize some of his studio equipment and his phone as collateral.
Hours later, Zlatan took to Twitter to call him out, saying:
“Carter, pay me my money na. Only 200k I don see out of 1M.”
Desperate to retrieve his phone, Carter Efe appealed to Zlatan the following day, writing:
“Zlatan, since two days now, I never see my phone! Please, I need my phone.”
However, Zlatan remained firm, replying:
“Na real life, no be skit!! 800k mi da.”
