The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC has declared one Maxwell Chizi Odum, wanted over an alleged N213bn fraud.
A statement released by the anti-graft agency says Odum has been declared wanted over a case of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and money laundering.
