The 25-year-old star found herself in the care of a Thousand Oaks, CA medical facility last month due to a reported overdose, as per TMZ reports.
Notably, Emily was undergoing treatment at a renowned Malibu rehab center at the time, signifying efforts to combat addiction.
The incident led to a critical care unit admission, and Emily’s father describes her ongoing battle as “incredibly tough and unforeseen,” anticipating an arduous path to recovery.
The funds raised will cover medical expenses and support the family’s presence during Emily’s hospitalization.
