Afrobeat superstar Burna Boy has spoken out about the ongoing nationwide protests against hunger and bad governance
In a post on his X account, Burna Boy revealed that his willingness to participate in protests ended on October 20, 2020, during the EndSARS movement.
He cautioned his fans not to mention his name in connection with the current protests, stating, “The fight in me died on this day.”
He reiterated this by quoting a previous tweet from 2020, warning that “Ogun go doggy anybody who calls my name this time around,” indicating his reluctance to be involved in the current protests.
