Thousands of social media users expressed surprise and disappointment after John Krasinski was named People Magazine’s ‘S3xiest Man Alive,’ beating out popular contenders Glen Powell and Pedro Pascal.
Following the announcement and a viral Vanity Fair photo of Powell, the ‘Twisters‘ star began trending on X.
“I like John Krasinski. I really do. Having said that, there were better options, People. Have you seen Glen Powell?” one user on X commented.
The online reactions surged soon after Krasinski was revealed as the titleholder on ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.’
Many users voiced their opinion, with several arguing that Powell and Pascal were more deserving of this year’s title.
