Naira Marley has broken his silence after a Magistrate court cleared him and others from Mohbad’s de.ath
Recall on Tuesday that a Magistrate court sitting in Yaba, Lagos, had cleared Naira Marley, his aide Sam Larry, and Prime Boy from the de.ath of Mohbad.
Reacting to the news, Naira Marley, via his Twitter and Instagram page, shared verses from the Quran. One of the verses stated that anyone who puts their trust in Allah will be enough for him. Another verse noted how men conspire and plan against others, but Allah is the best planner.
“And whoever puts all his trust in Allah, he will be enough for him. (65:3).
And ‘remember, o Prophet,’ when the disbelievers conspired to capture, k!ll, or exile you. They planned, but Allah also planned. And Allah is the best of planners”.
Mohbad, a former signee of Naira Marley’s record label, tragically passed away at 27 under unclear circumstances on September 12, 2023.
