Joseph Aloba, the father of the late Mohbad, has expressed his intention to pursue legal action against his daughter-in-law, Wunmi

This decision comes despite the potential outcome of a DNA test, which Aloba insists is necessary to confirm the paternity of Mohbad’s son, Liam.
Aloba’s primary concern is the well-being and safety of his grandson, whom he alleges has been exposed to hazardous environments by Wunmi.
Specifically, he criticized her for taking the 5-month-old child to a club where smoking was prevalent.
In an emotional plea, Aloba recounted his frustrations and unanswered questions surrounding his son’s death.
He urged the government to intervene and assist him in uncovering the truth behind Mohbad’s passing.
Aloba’s statement emphasized his priority on verifying Liam’s paternity and ensuring the child’s safety.
He declared, “I knew nothing about Mohbad’s death. When my son passed, Wunmi was the first person I asked questions because she’s his wife. Even if DNA proves that Liam is my grandson, I will sue her because how can they take a 5-month-old boy to shows where there are lots of weed smokers? Recently, I saw that they took him to Ibadan. I knew there was a nurse, but I didn’t see her. DNA is very important. My major concern now is what killed Mohbad and whether the child he left behind is my grandson; you won’t see me asking about properties. Help me plead with the government because I’m tired; I don’t know what else to do. For two years now, someone who died in the house— even if it’s the nurse— at least there are cameras inside and outside the house. What about forensics? Please help me; I don’t know what to do anymore…”
