Mercy Johnson clarified that the clip was edited in a way that misled viewers, and she is actually medically stable.
She explained that the “cancer scare” referred to a swelling on her neck, not an ongoing battle with cancer.
The actress thanked fans for their support and concern.
She said: “Thank you so much for all of your calls and your messages. The clip was cut. I said I’ve a cancer scare means that I’ve this swelling on my neck”
