Kanye West has declared that he is putting antisemitism behind him, marking a shift from his previous controversial behavior that drew widespread backlash

The rapper, also known as Ye, came under fire in 2022 after a series of antisemitic comments led to major brands like Adidas cutting ties with him. He reignited criticism in early 2025 by posting antisemitic conspiracy theories and expressing admiration for Adolf Hitler on social media.
However, in a recent series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), West expressed remorse. He revealed that a FaceTime call with his children prompted a moment of reflection, inspiring him to renounce antisemitism and seek forgiveness.
He wrote:
“I simply got a FaceTime from my kids and I wanna save the world again…
“I forgive those who have caused me pain.
“God forgive me for the pain I’ve caused.
“I love all people.
“I am done with antise mitism.”
