Nyesom Wike, Minister of Federal Capital Territory, and the suspended Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara last night held a meeting with President Bola Tinubu
The President met with Wike, Fubara, Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly Martins Amaewhule and members of the Assembly at the Presidential Villa Thursday night.
Channels Television confirmed the meeting.
Details of the meeting are however still sketchy.
The latest meeting signals an end to the rift between Wike and Fubara.
This comes months after President Tinubu declared a state of emergency in Rivers State and suspended Fubara and all other elected officials.
