Ayra Starr in an interview has spoken about her friendship with Grammy winner, Wizkid, revealing how the singer often gets sick of her
She spoke about this in an interview on eTalk show.
She described Wizkid as an amazing person and always fun to be with.
“Wizkid is an amazing friend and an amazing person to be around.
“I could learn so much from him. He’s hilarious and we have the same humour, so he’s always sick of me because I try to make him laugh or something,” she said.
She was fats to however say their friendship has not always been this way, explaining how she was nervous initially during their first ever studio session BECAUSE it’s wizkid.
She said; “During my first session, I was panicking because it was Wizkid. But now we’ve done our music video together and I’m older. He’s always telling me how much I’ve grown.
“He’s such an amazing artist and having such an icon working with me shows how much of an amazing artist I am… I had to sneak that in.”
The two artists have have a recent song together “Gimme Dat,” which fans have been streaming.
