Kenyan mother Hellen Ati has revealed why she chose to give her son the name of nightlife figure Cubana Chief Priest, despite tensions between them
In a social media post, she narrated that even though she has faced humiliation and neglect from the entertainer, she wanted her child to have a clear sense of his paternal identity.
“Despite all embarrassment, I named my son after you,” she declared, noting that she hopes her boy will one day connect with his father.
Hellen emphasized that she will continue to demand accountability from Cubana Chief Priest, prioritizing her child’s welfare and future above their personal disagreements.
She has also insisted that a DNA examination be carried out in Kenya, expressing a lack of confidence in testing facilities abroad.
Chief Priest has repeatedly denied any fatherhood link to Hellen Ati, asserting that he is not the boy’s parent.
