Atiku officially joins ADC

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has formally pitched his tent with the African Democratic Congress (ADC), confirming his new political platform ahead of the 2027 elections

He revealed the development on Monday via his X account, where he shared a photo displaying his ADC membership card with the words, It’s official.

Atiku’s switch comes months after he quit the Peoples Democratic Party in July, following a long stretch of internal disputes that left the party divided and weakened.
