Teniola Aladese has opened up about her growing safety concerns in her Lekki estate in Lagos, revealing that she no longer feels comfortable taking walks alone
In a recent interview, Aladese compared her current experience in Lekki to when she lived in Magodo, saying that walking alone, even at 2 a.m., was perfectly normal there.
“Walking was part of my routine in Magodo,” she said, “but here in Lekki, I’ve had several instances where strange men followed me.”
Reflecting on a particularly frightening encounter, the actress added, “On this fateful day, it was God that saved me. Since then, I decided to buy and use a treadmill at home.”
