Jessica Alba, the American actress, and her ex-husband Cash Warren, a film producer, have officially finalized their divorce.
The paperwork was signed on February 12, 2026.
The couple shares three children:
A source told TMZ that, Honor (17), Haven (14), and Hayes (7). Jessica will keep all the furniture, clothing, and jewelry she currently owns, while she and Cash will split the furniture from their former home and their art collection.
To even out the division of assets, Jessica will pay Cash $3 million. Her last name has been restored to Alba, and neither party will pay spousal or child support.
Jessica will keep her cars, including an Audi Q-6 E-tron, 2025 Kia Sportage, and 2026 Kia Sportage, along with several bank accounts.
When it comes to business ventures, she and Cash will split half of their stakes in companies like Popchips, WeWork, Hopscout, Sona Labs, and Telly Inc.
Jessica will also receive half of 1,170,058 vested restricted stock shares of The Honest Company, plus another 4,523,035 certificate-restricted shares. A single share of Honest Company is valued at around $2.70.
For her work in entertainment, Jessica will keep half of the residuals from projects she did during the marriage, including “The Office,” “Valentine’s Day,” “Machete,” “Saturday Night Live,” “Little Fockers,” “Spy Kids 4,” “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For,” and “Taylor Swift: Bad Blood.”
She will also retain all royalties for her earlier work, including “Camp Nowhere,” “Flipper,” “Love Boat: The Next Wave,” “Never Been Kissed,” “Idle Hands,” “Dark Angel,” “Honey,” “Entourage,” “Fantastic Four,” and her work for Zillow and Qatar Airlines.
The exes will split their airline miles, while Cash keeps a 2024 BMW i7. Jessica filed for divorce in February 2025. She is currently dating actor Danny Ramirez, and Cash has been linked to model Hana Sun Doerr.
Both seem to have walked away with a fair share of their assets, and Jessica will continue to benefit from her work in film and television.
