It was a big moment in Asaba over the weekend as Obi Cubana opened the doors to his latest and most ambitious project yet Millennium City.
The businessman welcomed top guests, including the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori, giving them a personal walkthrough of the development.
The visit offered a close up view of what Cubana says is part of a much bigger vision to redefine urban living on a grand scale.
One detail that stood out during the tour was the speed of construction. A sample building within the project, according to Cubana, was completed in just four months something he proudly highlighted while sharing clips from the visit online.
Accompanying the video, he wrote:
“When we said we came to build a City, we meant it. We ain’t doing regular, it’s 1 of 1! Built and completed this edifice in a record 4 months! A tour of the interior of the sample building. Cubana Millennium City, Asaba. The jewel on the Niger!”
Since the unveiling, reactions have been pouring in, with many Nigerians expressing curiosity and anticipation about what the full Millennium City project will eventually look like.
