Peter Obi has revealed he may part ways with the African Democratic Congress if the party’s internal processes lose credibility
Speaking during an appearance on Arise TV on Monday, the former Anambra State governor explained the reasons behind his previous political moves and made it clear he is open to switching parties again if necessary.
Reflecting on his exit from the Peoples Democratic Party, Obi said his earlier departure from APGA was driven by disagreements with his successor, stressing that he chose to step away to prevent instability in governance.

“I moved from APGA to the PDP because of issues with my successor. Rather than allow it to become toxic and become destructive to the governance of the State, I moved out.”
He also described his experience in the PDP as deeply flawed, criticizing what he called a transactional culture within the party.
“People were not playing by the rules. It was transactional. I cannot be part of a transactional primaries. I cannot be paying people to go and serve them.”
Obi noted that after leaving the PDP, he joined the Labour Party but encountered similar challenges, suggesting that the same political patterns persisted.
“So I moved to Labour Party, and of course like I said, government came into same system, which is very clear, I escaped from the fire they started.”
Now a member of the ADC, Obi said he is closely watching developments within the party and will not hesitate to take a stand if the process is undermined.
“I’m in ADC with the same people, some of whom have left PDP and other parties but we are going through the same process.
“If that process is again compromised, I will speak out.
“If I have to move 20 times, I will.”

That’s for sure 😊
Just observing
Tinubu is the one frustrating all these parties because he knows he will lose…
Hence the reason he is pumping money to destabilise opposition parties….
