TikTok personality Peller has surprised his fiancée Jarvis with a billboard showing moments from their engagement, just days after he proposed to her in Ghana.
The billboard featured photos from the proposal, turning the private moment into something displayed publicly.
Peller posted the clip on his page and wrote:

This comes shortly after Peller proposed to Jarvis during a trip to Ghana, where the couple got engaged.
