Mrs Busayo Adegoke John-Paul, the sister of former Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, and her twin sons, who were a.bducted earlier in the week, have regained their freedom.
A senior police source confirmed to Punch Online in Ibadan, Oyo State, that the victims were rescued on Friday night.
John-Paul and her 12-year-old twin boys were k!dnapped at Elewura-Challenge in the Ibadan South-West Local Government Area after armed men reportedly trailed their vehicle from home before intercepting them around 7:30 a.m.
The a.ttackers were said to have forced the vehicle to a stop before whisking the victims away to an unknown location.
