Singer, CKay has added a new chapter to his discography with the release of his third studio album, Banger Boy
The 12-track record arrived on streaming platforms on Friday, becoming his first full-length project since Emotions in 2024. It follows his 2022 album, Sad Romance.

CKay brings several artistes onto the project, with collaborations including Phyno on “Para”, Mavo on “Body (danz)”, Kidd Carder on “African Girls”, Maleek Berry on “Sexy” and Ghanaian star King Promise on “Zero”.
The album also features solo tracks such as “Ppower”, “Raba”, “E Clear”, “Bye Bye”, “Shege”, “Badaminton” and “NDA”.
Several songs from the project had already been introduced to listeners before the album dropped. CKay released “E Clear”, “Body (danz)”, “African Girls” and “Badaminton” as singles ahead of the full project.
During the album listening session, the singer highlighted “Shege”, “Ppower” and “Para” featuring Phyno among his personal favourites.
He also recalled that his collaboration with Phyno came about unexpectedly after the two artistes crossed paths at an airport in Houston.
“It’s hard to pick, but let me give you my top three. My top three would be ‘Para’ featuring Phyno. I love that record so much. The way the collaboration happened is funny,” CKay said.
The singer first revealed plans for Banger Boy in July, confirming it as his third studio album. The project brings together five guest artistes and follows a run of singles released by CKay over the past year.
