Peller got emotional while talking about the N400 million mansion gifted to him by billionaire King Ochacho.
He said he and his wife had planned to buy themselves a house as a wedding gift, but the prices of houses in Lekki made that difficult. According to him, they searched for a suitable property but could not even find one for N200 million.
Peller said:
“God is good God is really Good, you see God, He is really good, i wanted to buy myself and my wife a house for our wedding gift, but houses in Lekki were so expensive that I couldn’t even find a ₦200 million house.
God, however, surprised us with a ₦400 million mansion.”
He also showed the documents for the N400 million property that Ochacho handed over to him, making it clear that the house is now more than just a promise.
Peller added that the mansion is expected to be ready in two months, rather than the six months that was initially mentioned.
So, while he and his wife were struggling to find a house they could afford in Lekki, Ochacho came through with a N400 million mansion for their wedding.
