Burna Boy has distanced himself from the widely discussed “Big 3” debate involving himself, Davido and Wizkid, saying those two exist together while he remains an entity
The Grammy-winning singer made the statement during a performance while addressing the long-running conversation among music fans about the biggest names in Nigerian music.
Rather than accept his inclusion in the trio, Burna Boy suggested that he belongs in a category of his own, leaving Davido and Wizkid to make up the “Big 2.”
He told the crowd:
“Next time anybody tells you about the ‘Big 3,’ tell them there’s only the ‘Big 2’ and then there’s BURNA BOY.”
