Foluke Daramola has urged people going through difficult times to speak out instead of dying in silence
She made the appeal during an interview at Temitope Osoba’s candlelight and night of tribute.
According to Daramola, many people keep quiet about their struggles because they fear being shamed.
“We don’t speak out, maybe because of shaming. We can be there for one another. You understand, but honestly, people have different things they are going through,” she said.
The actress noted that it is often difficult for people to help one another because everyone is dealing with personal issues.
“It is when we wear clothes that we feel that everything is okay. We are a whole lot; before we remember everyone, it will be difficult,” she added.
