Influencer and fashion entrepreneur Goya Success has reacted to the ongoing fallout between Real Housewives of Lagos stars Adeola “Diiadem” Adeyemi and Dabota Lawson.
The Lagos-based content creator and CEO of Goya Luxury Secrets took to Instagram to express her disbelief over how far the former friends’ disagreement has played out online.
Sharing her view on her page, she wrote:
“Omo una get strength oh 😂😂😂 can never be me 👎,” she wrote.
Goya questioned why friendships and relationships now seem to end with both parties taking their issues to social media.
“Why can’t people just move on with their lives, when friendships or relationships ends this days, must everything end on social media? 😂😂”, she noted.
She also joked about the appetite for online drama, saying she would rather not explain herself to people who are only interested in the gist.
“Make I come Dey explain give social media people that don’t care, na just gist they wan hear 👂 😂😂😂”, she stated.
Her comments come as Diiadem and Dabota continue to exchange accusations following the breakdown of their once-close friendship.
The dispute has involved claims of smear campaigns, a returned ₦5 million birthday gift and allegations surrounding a married man.
While the former friends continue to share their sides of the story online, Goya made it known that some fallouts are better left away from social media.
