Former Big Brother Naija housemate Pere Egbi has questioned why Nigerians are so interested in discussing American politics, particularly the upcoming US midterm elections, while political issues at home remain unresolved.
Pere questioned why Nigerians living in the country are so interested in discussing American politics, arguing that they lack the understanding needed to take part in such conversations.
He also urged them to pay attention to President Bola Tinubu and the issues affecting Nigeria instead.
In a post he shared, he wrote:
“If you live in Nigeria, you automatically lack the understanding needed to join the discourse about US politics. Focus on Tinubu”.
