President Buhari yesterday commissioned the first phase of the Abuja Light Rail mass transit covering 12 stations within the metropolis. The rail project was inherited form Goodluck Jonathan’s administration but fully completed by President Buhari’s administration. It’s the first of it’s kind in West Africa.
