Russian mother Anna Ozhigova jumped from her parents’ ninth floor apartment in the Siberian city of Omsk last Thursday while holding her sleeping son, Gleb, (pictured together left) in her arms. The sales representative, 33, had become depressed after having plastic surgery which – she believed – made her ‘look like a pig’. She told friends her husband Oleg Ponomarev (pictured together top right) kept ‘oinking at her’. Friends say the surgery was the trigger for the failure of her marriage, leading to a split from her husband and a chain of events which left her without hope.
