A Lagos High Court on Tuesday,has struck out a motion filed by Azibola Robert, who is a cousin of former President Goodluck Jonathan, asking the court to restrain the Economic and Financial Commission (EFCC) from arresting, detaining or investigating him.
Justice Babatunde Candide-Johnson struck out the suit on grounds of lack of diligent prosecution.
Azibola had also filed a similar motion before Justice O. O Goodluck of an Abuja High Court which was also dismissed.
