The National Secretary of Urhobo Youth Leaders Association,
Comrade Vincent Oyibode who was kidnapped on Monday alongside his wife on their
way back from Abraka along Oviorie and Orekpe road around 11pm on Monday night
when their Pathfinder Jeep was intercepted have still not been freed. Their
kidnappers are now demanding the sum of N10m before they would free the couple.
