Former England footballer Adam Johnson was today sentenced to six years in prison. Johnson pleaded guilty to grooming and kissing a 15-year-old girl and was convicted of further s3xual activity involving penetration following a trial.
Judge Jonathan Rose sentenced him to five years for the charge of s3xual activity with a child, and an additional 12 months for grooming.
