Popular streamer Adin Ross buys mansion worth $26m in Davie, Florida, setting a new real estate record for the area
The 23-year-old content creator reportedly spent around $25.5 to $26 million on the luxury estate, making it the most expensive residential property ever sold in the city.
The sprawling 10-acre property boasts a 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom main house covering over 11,000 square feet. It features high-end amenities including a private spa, home theater, pool house, art studio, chef’s kitchen, and meticulously landscaped gardens.
According to reports, Ross put down nearly $12.7 million, financing the rest through a deal with Vaster Capital. The estate was originally listed at $32 million, but Ross negotiated a significant discount.
This new purchase marks a major upgrade from his previous $5 million Hollywood Hills mansion, which he sold in 2023. The move also reflects a lifestyle shift for Ross, offering him more privacy and space to expand his streaming and content operations.
The acquisition underscores his growing influence and financial success as one of the most prominent figures in online entertainment.
