Nigerian music stars Asake and Ayra Starr have been nominated for the prestigious 2025 Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards

The duo will compete in the Best International Act category alongside global superstars like Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, and Nicki Minaj.
Additionally, seven Nigerian artists, including Asake, Ayra Starr, Odumodublvck, Rema, and Shallipopi, have been nominated for the Best African Music Act category.
