Actor xBabatunde Bernard, popularly known as Baba Tee, and comedian Ijoba Lande have reunited in person for the first time since their highly publicized controversy involving Ijoba Lande’s estranged wife, Darasimi, and actress Mary Gold
A video of their reunion was shared on Baba Tee’s social media page, where both men were seen exchanging pleasantries and putting their differences aside.
Fans took to the comments section to applaud their maturity in handling the situation and resolving their dispute amicably.
The controversy initially erupted after Baba Tee admitted to a brief intimate encounter with Darasimi during a “Truth or Dare” game, which was reportedly set up by Mary Gold. While he initially denied any involvement, he later took responsibility, publicly apologizing to Ijoba Lande and expressing deep regret over his actions.
Ijoba Lande, in response, accepted the apology and emphasized the importance of forgiveness and unity. However, he made it clear that while he forgives his estranged wife, he would not reconcile with her, citing trust issues.
